Passionate project manager, founder, and President of PMI North Macedonia Chapter. With a strong belief in the power of community, collaboration, and purpose-driven leadership, dedicated to creating spaces where ideas grow and people thrive.
- Director of Finance
Savica Nedelkovska
An authorised accountant and certified Scrum Master, Savica is an experienced operations manager at Axapta Masters who pairs financial rigour with agile delivery. As the chapter’s Director of Finance she keeps it on a solid financial footing, and she co-hosted the 2025 Annual Conference and is part of the team behind the 2026 edition.

Marjan Gjorgjiev
Represented the chapter at the PMI Global Summit 2025 in Phoenix and opened the PM Regional Webinar Series “Semi Marathon” in May 2026 with the session “Sustainability Beyond Technology: Leading International IT Projects with Purpose”. Co-host of the Annual Conference 2025 and moderator of the 2026 panel “Leading with Impact: Women Shaping the Future of Work”.
