Catalin Teodor Dogaru spoke at the chapter’s first official event, “Project Management Easy in Theory, but Difficult in Practice”, at FEIT in Skopje on 17 October 2018. The role above is the one the chapter printed beside that name on its own printed agenda for the day; it is a 2018 role, and nothing here claims it is still current.

His own public speaker listing gives the credentials: PhD, MBA and PMP, with his practice as TSP (smartprojects.ro). The chapter heard him a second time the following summer, on servant leadership, at the First Balkan Project Leadership Summit in Ohrid in June 2019.
