Kiril Buhov

Kiril Buhov spoke at the chapter’s sixth annual conference, “Project Management and Leadership in the Future: Sprint or Marathon?”, at M6 Educational Centre in Skopje on 18 October 2024, on leading the marathon to digital transformation. It was not his first time in front of a chapter audience: he was one of the two presenters on the challenges of change management in highly complex projects and environments at the First Balkan Project Leadership Summit in Ohrid in June 2019.

The chapter printed only his name and the talk title. The role above is the one NLB Banka Skopje gives in its own account of him: he worked at Halkbank AD Skopje until 2025 and rose there to director of the information systems department. He joined NLB Banka Skopje in January 2025 as an assistant to the management board, and the American Chamber of Commerce in North Macedonia lists him for NLB Banka on its digital transformation committee. He read engineering at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies in Skopje and took his master’s degree there in project management.
