Marko Golob

Marko Golob spoke at the chapter’s sixth annual conference, “Project Management and Leadership in the Future: Sprint or Marathon?”, at M6 Educational Centre in Skopje on 18 October 2024, on managing stakeholders through the eyes of the project manager.

The chapter printed only his name and the talk title. The PMI Slovenia Chapter names him on its own About page as the president of the association, with the PMP designation, read on 1 October 2026. Its own event archive gives the route he took there: a first degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s in business administration, then close to a decade of project work in engineering and construction before he moved into IT project management. Which of those posts he held on the day in 2024 the chapter did not record, and nothing here claims the presidency is that old.
