Mirjana Nikolić

A driving force in the project management community, Mirjana serves on the PMI Serbia Chapter Board of Directors, where she leads initiatives focused on membership growth and volunteer engagement - all with a deeply human-centric approach. With over 15 years of experience leading complex transformation programs across energy, telecom, media, IT, and government, Mirjana has delivered impactful results in both internal and client-facing environments. Her expertise includes strategic delivery, e-government innovation, and cross-sector digitalization. From establishing PMOs and TMOs to managing EU-funded projects and international collaborations, Mirjana is a recognized leader in building high-performing, cross-functional teams and driving organizational change. As a dedicated professional, community builder, and mother of two, Mirjana embodies the values of connection, continuous growth, and meaningful impact - making her an inspiring voice in leadership and transformation.

At the 2025 annual conference her session explored how project managers are continuously evolving - transforming not only processes and organizations but also themselves - and the emerging partnership with AI.

The board role is the one her biography carried when the chapter published it for the 17 October 2025 conference, and PMI Serbia’s own board page gave her as Director for Membership from August 2025 to May 2026.
