Viktor Mitrevski is an experienced engineering and technology leader with over 18 years of experience leading engineering teams and driving digital transformation across fintech, e-commerce, and healthcare. Currently Engineering Lead for Digital Banking at G+D Netcetera and a PhD candidate researching Generative AI safety and privacy, he combines technology leadership, business insight, and AI innovation to help organizations successfully navigate complex transformations. He is the author of the GEF-SDLC Framework.
At G+D Netcetera he oversees multiple mobile, web and integration teams delivering digital banking solutions across Switzerland. His career spans roles from CTO and CEO of Canadian and German outsourcing firms, leading over 100 engineers across several countries, to senior engineering director roles at RLDatix, H4 and Global Savings Group in Munich. He holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering, completed executive training in Strategic Agility at York University’s Schulich School of Business, and teaches and speaks regularly on engineering leadership and AI applications.
